Acceptance of the terms and conditions and provisions of the service agreement

By posting any announcement on the ACQUISO.CA website and by any use/consultation of said website, the MEMBER agrees to be subject to the Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by all and each of the provisions of this Agreement.

Prices

No rates apply to the publication and consultation of advertisements on the ACQUISO.CA website.

ACQUISO.CA reserves the right to modify the rates appearing on the website at any time, without notice, it being understood that such modifications will not apply to the conditions previously subscribed by the MEMBER to ACQUISO.CA during such modifications.

ACQUISO.CA may refuse to publish the advertisement, without notice, if the USER is in default of paying any amount due to ACQUISO Inc. within thirty (30) days following the date of issue of an invoice.

ACQUISO.CA shall not be liable for any delay in performance (clicks and/or impressions) that results from any issues beyond ACQUISO.CA's control, including but not limited to viruses, hardware failures

Privacy policy, behaviors, personal information and others

ACQUISO.CA will take all necessary and appropriate precautions to prevent unauthorized access to this site, to maintain the accuracy of data, and to ensure the correct use of information provided by MEMBERS.

Under no circumstances will ACQUISO.CA be liable to the MEMBER and/or to any person, for the actions, behavior, statements, terms used and any other gesture that may be made or posed by the MEMBER or by any person in the context, directly or indirectly, of the use of the ACQUISO.CA website.

This exemption from liability applies to information of any kind, and in particular, to information concerning personal details such as telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, which could be disclosed in the context of the use of the website and related services. LOUER.CA disclaims all liability for actions that may be taken by the MEMBER and/or by any other person with regard to this information, or following the obtaining by the MEMBER and/or by any other person, of these information of any kind.

In addition, ACQUISO.CA is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information relating to the application for equipment financing.

Username and password

The MEMBER is responsible for the use that will be made on the ACQUISO.CA website of his username and password.

Changes

ACQUISO.CA reserves the right to refuse to publish any advertisement if it deems it inappropriate, at its sole discretion and without the need for any reason or justification in this regard.

Indemnification and Waiver of Liability

MEMBERS undertake to hold ACQUISO.CA harmless and indemnified for all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any violation of these conditions either by MEMBERS or by the users of their account, either through the use of this site or through the dissemination or transmission of any information or other materials on this site made by MEMBERS or by users of their accounts.

These conditions constitute the entire agreement between ACQUISO.CA and you with respect to the use of this site. ACQUISO.CA's failure to insist on or enforce strict compliance with any provision herein shall not constitute a waiver of any provision or right.
